Food(s) and/or beverages to be served:  Please note:  The festival will make every effort to avoid d up lications of food items and will award exclusivity on a first come first served basis.  There is a three (3) foods maximum; the Waterfront Festival Committee reserves the right to request an item be removed if more than three items are served or if there is a d up lication.

Electricity needed?: _____ Yes _____ No  Only heavy gauge electrical cords allowed.  Sites limited to one refrigerator only.  The Waterfront Festival Committee reserves the right to remove items which are found to be overloading the system.

Booth Rental Fee:           $350

Booth Rental Fee (children’s area):            $300

Application Deadline:              June 20, 2011

Note:  The Waterfront Festival is the only entity permitted to serve alcohol on the festival grounds.  There are no games or other related activities allowed in the assigned food booth area.  The Waterfront Festival Committee reserves the right to reject previously approved contracts without refund if the terms in this contract are violated.
